SMART MOSAIC does not upload the photos or videos you select, detection results, or exported media to a developer-operated server. Media processing is performed on your device.

1. Scope

This policy applies to the SMART MOSAIC iOS app (“the App”).

2. Media processed on your device

The App accesses only the photos or videos you explicitly select. Face detection, license plate detection, tracking, manual selections, and mosaic rendering are performed on the device. We do not send or store your media, thumbnails, detected locations, or exported results on our servers.

3. Advertising and consent

The free version may use Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display ads and Google User Messaging Platform (UMP) to present privacy choices where required. Depending on your choices, applicable law, and device settings, Google and its advertising partners may process an advertising identifier, device information, approximate location, ad interactions, and diagnostics. The App does not provide your photos or videos to the advertising SDK.

4. Purchases and subscriptions

Purchases are processed by Apple through the App Store. We do not receive your payment card details. The App checks purchase status to provide Pro features, remove ads, and remove the free-version watermark.

5. Photo library access

With your permission, the App accesses selected media and saves edited results. Your original files are not modified.

6. Retention and deletion

Because media is not collected on our servers, there is no server-side media for us to delete. You control original and exported files on your device. Advertising privacy choices can be changed from the App’s privacy settings.

7. Security

SMART MOSAIC uses on-device media processing, minimal permissions, and Apple platform security controls to protect your privacy.

8. Children’s privacy

The App is not designed to knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. Changes

We may update this policy when features, SDKs, or legal requirements change. Material changes will be announced on this page or in the App.
